Follow this before wearing Contact Lenses and after taking off your contact lenses

1. Wash your hands with a soap and dry your hands with towel

2. Clean your lenses with Contact Lens Clean Solution - Before Wearing them and After taking off

3. Rinse your lenses again to remove any debris

Always consult your Eye-doctor when you are first wearing the contact lenses

Eye doctor will teach you the right practice of wearing and taking-off your contact lenses
